Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AltaClario service ("the Service"). By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated security disclosure, or use the Service to violate applicable law.
3. Data & connected providers
When you connect a provider (Jira, Azure DevOps) you authorize AltaClario to read issues, sprints, and related metadata on your behalf. Credentials are encrypted at rest; see the Security page for specifics.
4. Plans & billing
New workspaces begin with a 14-day trial of the Team plan. Paid plans and their usage limits are described at signup. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled in accordance with the plan you select at checkout.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
