How long is the trial?
14 days, full Team-plan access. No credit card up front. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or the workspace pauses until you do.
Do you charge per user?
Yes — Team is $12 per active user per month, billed monthly. Owners, admins, members, and viewers all count as a seat. Enterprise is custom.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Enterprise from the billing screen at any time, and changes take effect immediately on prorated terms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate. After that it's purged on a regular schedule.
Do you support self-hosting?
Not at this time. AltaClario is delivered as a hosted SaaS on dedicated per-tenant infrastructure.
